If you are not satisfied with your order you always have the right to return it.
Returning
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. Send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not completely filled out we cannot process the return request. Please remember that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be returned in original condition and with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds
Once the product is received, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Conditions
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose and personal care products do not fall under the return policy of Iconic Football Jerseys due to hygiene reasons. Therefore, these products cannot be returned and will not be processed.
- Provide the return with a track & trace code (at your own expense).
- Email a picture of the track & trace code on the day of shipment.
- The return form needs to be printed and included in the package.
- The product should be sent in unused condition.
- The product should be delivered in its original packaging.
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer. Sending a damaged product will not be accepted.
